Hello all,
I wanted to thank David Thiede and Ted for there quick responses to my
earlier questions. It compiles great now! Thanks!
While I'm here: I've gone through all these problems to get this
working and I just hit a brick wall. OSX server runs a bootp program to
allow net booting newer macintoshes. This is a feature I need. The bootp
program and DHCP use the same port numbers.
If I run DHCP on another port....
is this worth doing?
what ports should I use?
what do I have to change on 95/98, NT & Mac clients if anything?
If this sounds like a bad idea, please let me know. If you have any
better ideas, let me know also.
Thanks in advance.
Steve Burke
