Not yet.   The best mechanism to use currently is two servers serving
different address ranges, or two servers serving the same set of
static addresses, or a combination of both.

You are probably SOL for now.  We will be implementing the failover
protocol, probably soon, but it's not available yet, and soon is
probably on the order of some months from now, not next week or
anything.
