That's correct. To further complicate things, the behaviour is just
the opposite for the "DNS server" configuration: If you leave a DNS
server entry specified on the Windows PC, it will continue to use it
even if it gets a different one through DHCP. Bit me several times,
that one did, because users would enter the DNS server manually
"just to make sure" - and get it wrong. :-/
