yep, that is the gdk-pixbuf macro.

You can get the tarball from
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/stable/gdk-pixbuf/
You can probably find RPMs on http://www.helixcode.com/
At a minimum, make sure gdk-pixbuf.m4 is installed.
After installing it, just as a precaution, either rerun aclocal and delete
configure before performing the build, or rerun the autogen script.
