Unidentified subject!

Hi!

  How are you doing?
  Dia is a great program.

  I have a few questions, which I couldn't figure out.

  How can I get a shadow for the item?
  How can I rotate the object?
  How can I set the size of a few items the same? (slimilarly to
        alignements.)
  How do I change the background of the whole chart?

  These things are some of the common features in other diagram packages.
  If they are not in dia yet, I hope you guys include them some day.
