I used to do that but now I zoom in to about 250% and leave the scaling
along - at least that was I know how big something will be as it is
surrounded by the page border.
A related question: what are the units for font size/line width etc? If
I want to type in 8pt, what should I use?

A ha - if I "su" I get a umask of 026, but if I "su -" I get a umask of
022. I think I should su - in the future.

Of course - the same problem affects graphical Java apps. Should have
thought of that, really. Oh well!
