thanks for asking, rene. while it's possible to run linux on a computer
with 32 megs of RAM, you cannot get a graphical user interface (GUI) with
that amount of RAM. the lowest amount of RAM I know of for a GUI is 128
megs of RAM (with ubuntu linux.  http://www.ubuntulinux.com)
