Bah... did I miss 2.064 and 2.064.1 ? :)

As others noted - please do not use patch level before the release has 
actually happened.

All in all there are:
betas
RCs
and release itself with subsequent patch-versions

All should have their own numbers and never intersect or affect one 
another.
