It adding such requirement for static libraries much of an
issue? It provides quite lot of advantages. Though I guess dub
can possibly generate such file on its own.
It's unreasonable for Dub to require users to change the
structure of their project, or add boilerplate to their project,
for something as fundamental as building a simple static library.
