I've noticed that things are going in that direction. Whether
it's a good thing or a bad thing I can't tell, but I guess it's a
natural development once a language is managed in a stricter and
more consistent way. Maybe we should highlight the 3rd party libs
a bit more so people get used to looking up things in 1. Phobos >
2. code.dlang.org.
