That is not intentional document improvment. It sounded like ad-hoc
mutations to me.
Please review how others has done the organization using the 3 links I
posted. Get the some solid points on how those 3 are better at the top
level. Before the next change took place within D.

Format of the documentation needs to be defined properly to make
navigation and expectations easy.

It is too early for me to do that as I am just 3 week in D.

Maybe that's what just we need. Someone with almost no experience in D can look at the documentation with fresh eyes and better see what needs to be change to make it easier for people new to D.
