As I mentioned, there's overlap with graphics programming, like 2d and 3d. After that I've seen random things like "Ph.D". If they wanted accurate results they'd have to sample the distribution, not just the first 100 pages.
I'm willing to bet that there are hardly any pages about D past a few thousand pages, yet "D programming" returns like twice as many pages as "scala programming", where the latter is much less likely to turn up as false positives.
