The cheapest way is HFTERM, a soundcard program for Linux. (Linux is free). That will give you PACTOR 1 capability for $0.00, and you can join the ranks of the other broadbanders (HFTERM can not decode PSK or other 'nice' modes, so they just butt in regardless....
