Congratulations for a project that demonstrates the
best of historic Ham radio creativity!

I have been watching-from-a-distance the progress
of SDR and associated technology and have been
both delighted and fascinated.

I've watched from a distance since I lack the
hardware and programming knowledge to contribute
meaningfully. I am good at breaking things, if
you need someone who always seems to find ways to
use a device in ways that challenges the design
parameters!

Perhaps I should have joined the Ham I once knew
whose product stress-testing company logo was
"You make it, we break it! :-)

Your project motivated me to once own the hybrid
TenTec Jupiter rig and while it was a bit too
expensive (for what it does), too plastic, and
TenTec has failed to provide the much ballyhoo'd
software updates the Jupiter and Pegasus were
interesting early commercial implementations of
the concept.

I am a big fan also of Puppy Linux as they generate
a cutting edge tiny distro with ever-increasing
versatility. Am hoping to get more Ham apps running
under Puppy.

Stay the course!
