Log message:
Added MMIO region to encode_fix() for mapping by the user space,
cle266vgaio module is only required for vesafb now.
Added accelerator ID which is 77, unless it's defined by <linux/fb.h>.
Moved sources to sub directory for a correct Makefile.
Running "make install" now installs to the built kernel's module path
instead of the running kernel's path.
