Problem is that I got used to the way the vesa framebuffer worked, so I
based
my designs on it :(

So, I figure it's better to rework the things that are wrong than to
continue
on the same path. The reason I wanted flip was to gain speed :) Not to slow
me down even more.

The savage driver claims that the secondary layer is capable of almost
anything, so I guess a peek into it should be worthwhile. But for now,
I have to rewrite my code to consider the fact that we now are flipping
not blitting ;-)

Maybe a notice should be added to the tutorials that let other users
know. Otherwise, they may fall into the same trap as I did.
