IMAGE_BLEND_PREMULT might imply premultiplied data, or it might premultiply the data before blending ;)
I don't know why the name *_BLEND_PREMULT is used, but I can say that both NV4_IMAGE_BLEND_PREMULT and SET_OPERATION_MODE_BLEND_PREMULT have nothing to do with premultiplication.
