2.5 is supported, but the current fusion patch needs one or two minor fixes. I recommend using 2.4.21. > So far I have just managed to get DirectFB, and most of it's libraries > rpm'd, except libmpeg3 support. You can run GTK+ on XDirectFB and GTK+ on DirectFB applications at the same time. But if you want all GTK+ programs to be managed and listed by the X11 window manager you should use GTK+ X11. A native DirectFB window manager (or sort of) is planned. It will manage and decorate all windows including X11 and DirectFB applications, even fullscreen applications running in a window (force-windowed option). > Q) Has anybody got gdm to run through gtk-directfb? I guess gdm heavily depends on X11. -- Best regards, Denis Oliver Kropp .------------------------------------------. | DirectFB - Hardware accelerated graphics | | http://www.directfb.org/ | "------------------------------------------" Convergence GmbH -- Info: To unsubscribe send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe directfb-users" as subject.
