There are two new crashes that I want to fix first.
1) Sometimes shutdown with shared memory "leak debugging" segfaults.
2) Assertion "thread != NULL" sometimes fails in v4l_stop()->dfb_thread_join().

I expect 0.9.19 to be ready next week.
