SetLevel( ) is a level with respect to the primary - so -1 is immediately
below the primary and +1 is immediately above. Is that correct?
I'm trying to understand how the blending characteristic of the primary is
set - how to retrieve a layer interface for the primary?

Mmm, the sample I'm working from happens to create a surface directly with
DSCAPS_PRIMARY.
Is it true that I can pass this same CAP via DFBDisplayLayerConfig and
SetConfiguration, and that it's valid to retrieve a Layer interface for the
primary in this way?
What does it mean to SetLevel on the primary? (is it valid?)

Thanks,
Jason Barstow.

If the hardware supports it.

The gfxdriver must provide SetLevel() and GetLevel() functions.
