Transferring from BulkRegistrar.com

Hi,

We are transferring a customer's domain from BulRegister.com and it's been 7
days now. Does anybody have previous experience with delays at
BulkRegister.com ? What is the "average" we can expect to wait for their
approval? The domain is in good standing (ie. paid) and it's not anywhere
near its renewal date (2002).
