Okay, that's fair enough, but we wanted to do these transfers about 3 weeks
ago under the old system but were told they were too busy and to wait for
the new system. That is my only complaint, we could have done it the way we
wanted but were told they were too busy to do it....now I find that to do it
on the new system means we have to pay renewals which we wouldn't have had
to pay before.

Because us resellers asked for it to be that way to be consistent with
registrar transfers.  Our customers were confused as they didn't know the
difference between RSP and Registrar transfers.  Several months ago there
was a discussion about this on the mailing lists and we provided feedback
on what we thought would make a better system.  From my point of view,
they implemented RSP transfers exactly as we had discussed.  They are 100%
consistent with registrar transfers and all of the code changes occured on
the server side.

Kudos to OpenSRS.
