Agreed. While it's unfortunate that the changeover causes inconvenience 
to anyone, the OpenSRS changes will allow all of us to automate a part of 
the system that previously had to be handled manually, and that in the 
long-term will benefit everyone. The consistent payment policy also 
removes a source of confusion.

As one of the people who complained the loudest that this functionality 
was missing, I should say thanks to OpenSRS for listening to what people 
needed and implementing it.
