Keep in mind that we expect you to charge your customers for the service,
and to actually make money. Surely they're transferring to you for a reason,
and surely committing to a one year renewal is no disincentive.
If you're not actually charging customers (they're your own names, etc.),
then I can see what you mean, but again, the money goes towards the domain's
future.
We recommended waiting because there was no way we could finish our backlog
of requests and get to new requests before the enhancements came out.
