Two cents... too late...but for the record...
the browser recognition chart can be found at
https://certs.tucows.com/technical-requirements.html
This list covers 99% of the browsers currently in use....therefore, in
general, if there is a recognition problem.. it is related to the install of
the cross-certificate.
