transfer between RSPs

Charles, can you tell me what the process is for a transfer between OPenSRS
RSP's vis-a-vis notification?

After the customer faxes their request, do they receive an email
confirmation that it's been received? A confirmation when completed? Or do
we have to watch our reseller module and notify the client ourselves? Will
it show up in our transfers in progress list?
