Transfer between RSPs

I need answer from official person from OpenSRS.

Will non-manual transfers between RSPs be available
in at least half year ? Or in year ?
I want to cooperate with some RSP with merchant account
to handle my CC customers for good fee, but impossibility
of automatized transfer don't allow do that.
