The onus is on the Reseller to notify the end user after the move -
currently our system does not inherently support RSP to RSP transfers - it
IS being built as I write this.
In the meantime, it's a horrendously manual process - and we really shy
away from it (it messing up our accounting people, they make funny faces
sometimes *grin*).
It does not show up as a transfer in progress - usually after working with
support they will notify you once the transfer is complete.
