You'll pardon me if I'm a bit doubtful and fall into the "I've heard
this before." ... any NANOG subscriber will tell you that every time
NSI screws the pooch, someone usually says later "Oops, we'll make
sure we notify you in advance next time."
and the next time, it crashes without warning.
