I understand - I just hope that's not the case.  What happened to the zone
file was unprecendented and just plain silly.  If we have advanced
notification of changes - alot of people will participate as watcher.  You
always have people who will test - and enjoy themselves doing it.  Like
Walsh - I appreciate the time he takes to test things.  Alot of us - like
Walsh have a committment to the DNS and from my point of view that's a
valuable resources that NSI can tap into.

Right now NSI spends alot of time monitoring traffic on lists pertaining
to them - but your right - they do very little participation, which I feel
could seriously improve their business.  Hopefully your wrong - and if
your not, I won't be surprised.  Because you are right, NSI is a creature
of habit - and habits are hard to change.
