http://www.opensrs.org/src/unsupported/verify_install.cgi.tgz
I don't know why the server was attempting to run the CGI as a script
(even gzipped) so... yeah, tarring it worked!
Uh... (filing through Apache/MIME manuals and httpd.conf directives)
