Some resellers (like us) completely front end all OpenSRS functions and
do not use the cgi's or forms in any way. Are we going to be able to
somehow trap your "signal" that a given domain is up for renewal, so 
we can generate an invoice for our client, renew-upon-payment (similar
to how we currently register-upon-payment) or non-renew upon expiry?
