Granted, not rocket science.
This is on the list. We have been working on developing a lot of things,
and you will see the fruits of our labours soon. It comes down to
prioritizing, and this has not made it to the completed column yet.

Actually, it is not a _large_ effort (although it is an effort) to allow
tech contact changes. If we allow NS changes within the same tool (which
would make sense), we need to connect to the root registry to execute these
changes, and for large orders there could be issues. Just a matter of
writing it correctly, and testing it well. Hang tight!
Also, before anyone else adds it, I will add that an RSP could write such a
tool themselves. :)
It is really good to get feedback on this stuff.
As far as improved handle management, while seemingly related it can (and
is) be a separate tool with an independent development effort. Details
currently restricted. :)
