This illustrates PERFECTLY the situation I described as to why 24/7
staffing should be implemented. The the person on duty, who does not
have to be fully knowledgeable about everything, can make a
determination that a serious problem exists and wake someone up and
impress on them the importance of getting their %^$$ down there to fix
it.
