Ok,

This is working now, I have determined the problem and rectified it.
*WHY* this happened will take some forensics - a full report will be
released to all resellers as soon as I have more information.

As for the pager - it worked, however one singular "beep" is hardly enough
to wake someone up in slumber which I was (and for which I severely
apologize...SEVERELY) and will rectify the second I can get a hold of our
service provider.

This outage is completely unacceptable and I will do everything I can do
ensure this does not occur again.
