e-mail transfer never reaches me

Hello,   This is the 3rd time (twice with same domain) that I do not receive the e-mail from openSRS asking to confirm the transfer. It just happens that I am also the administrator of the domain. I checked, everything is right, e-mail address, etc... What could have happened ?   It is long twice or 3 times 9 days for a domain transfer....   Thanks [EMAIL PROTECTED]
