Why not do as we do, and put the ISP(RSP) as the Admin contact? This is
correct anyway in our case, since we administrate the domains on behalf
of our customers. The customer information can be put in the domain owner
section, where the whois database only shows the address as public
information (but has contact name and telephone for OpenSRS to look at).
This satisfies section 18 of "Exhibit A".

Looking at "Exhibit A", it appears to have a mistake. Section 14 says
that the owner of the domain is the administrative contact, which is
nonsense since there is a "domain owner" contact which thus is not the
domain owner. This needs fixing.
