There is a place and purpose for an announce list - we just need to better
define it - and then use it. :)
However, we do also want to only announce some things to live resellers,
and that is why setting your addresses carefully in the RWI comes in.
I will draft and post a communications policy - so that everyone (including
us) will know what to expect, how, when and where. :)
