I have a question that I need to answer for a customer.
Lets say my customer pre-registers "domainname.ca". I also go in and
pre-register "domainname.ca". CIRA will then have a lottery type system
(not based on date pre-registered) to determine who can register the name.
My customer wants to know if he can pre-register the same name 9 additional
times to increase his chances of getting the name.
