I don't think it will be a lottery. More like a round robin that
automatically accepts one registration from each registrar, until all the
advanced registrations are done. It is still not clear whether this will
happen before the gate opens or not. I am waiting back from Cira for
details. Will post to the list when i get them,... or perhaps Opensrs could
tell us/ or find out.
