Can someone please answer these questions for me. Thanks!

1. If an end-user forgets their username/password, can a RSP issue a new one? or 
somehow lookup an old one

2. Is there a way to query OpenSRS based on expiration date? we need to somehow be 
able to notify our users when their domain expires (unless OpenSRS already 
does that). Scanning through each domain for expiration date isn't efficient.

3. What happens to a domain that has been expired? does RSP get billed for a domain 
that has expired and not paid for? if it goes into "available" state unless 
renewed, what's the time-frame for that? in other words, how long does a user have to 
renew their domain name. 

4. Can an end-user that has registered a domain through us, go to some other RSP and 
renew their domain with them? if so, is there a way to prevent this?

5. What if we can no longer support our users (help them with their questions/bill 
them, etc...)? can we somehow transfer these users to some other RSP?

6. Does OpenSRS have a policy against registered some domains containing inappropriate 
words? if so, can someone provide me with this list of words.

7. Is it possible at all to cancel a domain that has been registered? If so, within 
what time-frame.
