You can find the domain under "View Active Domains", and at the bottom
there is a link to email the username/password to the current Admin's
email address. If that address is incorrect, there are instructions in
the Support FAQ to assist in rectifying the situation.

Renewal system will be online shortly. I will bring up the option of
adding a search query based on expiration date. This may be a moot point
with renewals (information available shortly regarding workings...)

The user will be given (approximately, definite details to be released)
60-90 days notice (via the RSP). If the domain gets to zero day, an email
is sent to the current Billing contact and they will have 15 days (maybe
30?) to renew the domain. After 45 it goes bye-bye. The RSP will only be
charged the renewal fee if the end use decides to renew :)

An end user can only renew the domain via the RSP they are currently
with. Only you have access to the domain (via "View Active Domains"), and
that is where you can do a renewal :)

RSP to RSP transfers are possible (it's a slow and manual process for our
staff currently). A better system will be in place with the release of
renewals (they somewhat go hand in hand).

The onus is on the RSP to deny words/phrases/etc from domain names. We
accept anything and everything

Domain deletions are possible via OpenSRS within 48 hours, and we usually
only allow one deletion per RSP. If you wish to hold a domain until you
can procure payment, we suggest payment is verified BEFORE registring the
domain name.
