Charles question re .ca have I have several transfers on the sales in progress that were upgrade to there registration all say waiting for owner approval...... I did see that the system is down/slow but the owners still haven't received the email from CIRA to confirm these. The question is " I noticed a message couple days ago to resubmit the request by entering the order again....is that what I should do or sit here waiting"???????
