Try right clicking the link and selecting "Save Link As..." (or equivalent
in your browser).

Sounds like QuickTime has associated itself with .psd files.  You'll have
to get a program that actually can read QuickTime files (ACDSee is great,
available at http://www.tucows.com <- *plug*), and save it in the proper
format that you can play around with it :)
