We have fixed this bug -

We will be issuing an update this afternoon/evening - we are not used to 
dealing with this level of instability - it does pose a problem because we 
are busy finding, confirming and fixing problems with .ca that sending 
timely updates is a challenge.

I expect as things stabilize we will do better. My apologies again to any 
RSPs who are frustrated by .ca registrations - we are frustrated as well! 
We will get through it though -
