Yes that is what i thought too (that it's basically that the domain was not
registered in the first place)- it's just that the cs rep is so sure she
registered it and it went through that i had to ask.
just to check, when you say registration statistics in the RWI are you
referring to the "View Reg System Statistics" link or are there some kind of
other logs to look at?
thanks for the help - we're doing small volume at the moment but find
opensrs to be really great.
