XIN Net is a Vancouver based company that operates ISP's in China, they
also have ChinaDNS.com and became ICANN accreditted last year (I hopped
on their stock when that happened and rode it up from 2.90 to 15 yeehaw)
This is the first ever domain I have ever seen XIN Net listed as
registrar on.
