The Chinese registrar cannot be held entirely to blame here, obviously the proceeding were instigated from there, but Netsol have (allegedly) permitted the transfer to take place despite the NACK. If this is true, is just another example of Netsol's incompetence. ICANN should be investigating them with the same enthusiasm they're (I hope) investigating the Chinese registrar. Regards Bob
