Yes, that would be it!
We like to post scheduled downtimes right on our home page,
and I usually do not get around to doing that until the last minute
- when I am already at home - and my laptop with all email messages
is at work.

Having an area on openSRS like
http://www.opensrs.org/networkstatus.html
would certainly make lot of sense and our busy life much easier.
