Well .. apart from a fast trip to hell .. if not purgatory for
such offense.. there's the law, and with pleasure I quote the law.
we start with the US constitution .. Article V .. which reads and I quote;
"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous
crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in
cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in
actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be
subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or
limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against
himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due
process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use,
without just compensation."
and if that's not enough .. there's the criminal law being the United
States Code, Title 18 Part 1, Chapter 47 Sec. 1030 Fraud and related
activity in connection with computers (which see
http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/1030.html ). and the CONSOLIDATED
STATUTES OF CANADA, Criminal Code, PART IX OFFENCES AGAINST RIGHTS OF
PROPERTY, Offences Resembling Theft 342.1 (which see
http://canada.justice.gc.ca/cgi-bin/folioisa.dll/estats.nfo/query=*/doc/{t35776}? ).
It's clear to me .. it's clear to the lawyers .. and it's called "don't
tresspass or else".
regards
joe
